He implies that it is useless to have more than two coaches per teams. - He adds that back in the Rogue days or now in Valorant, they never needed a coach. According to him, really motivated players can coach themselves and are the ones who should be doing the strat talk. - For him, a good coach is someone like Féfé who will mostly focus on the mental side and leave strats to the players. That being said, he has a lot of respect for the really good Korean coaches that truly understand the game (Crusty, Ninek, Rush, Moon... ) but they are, according to him, very, very, very rare in OWL. - Regarding coaches again, he really dislikes the American mentality of sugar-coating everything. Unkoe likes blunt/direct people. He hates teams where coaches dont dare truly talking to their players cause otherwise they'll go cry to mummy, or teams where the coaches has to say what he wants to the assistant coach who'll then say it to the strategic coach and then to the interim coach and finally to the player.

I was always paying the bills and rent etc, she was only responsible for food. I'd help around the house cooked, cleaned, washed, whatever I needed to do so we could have peaceful home. Sometimes I would spend a bit extra too but it was not often i had to pay the debts and the bills so I couldn't afford to even treat myself well most times. I'd makes sure on birthdays and anniversaries she would be treated special, so Id ensure that funds is placed aside. I also told her to let us open a joint account so we could both see how monies are being spent and where to cut back etc. She said NO. So i suggested the envelope system. Which of course fell flat on its face. I was grown to take care of everything it in me. I told her before we got married. I did not want a house wife, which of course made her mad. But let me explain my logic here. We were coming from nothing. I believed that if we both hustled hard enough eventually we could reach a point where she didn't have to work anymore. That was my goal.
Hello everyone I recently graduated college and got a job offer in NY. I will not be working in the city but will be having to commute to Elmsford in Westchester county. I want to try and live in the city for a year or so just to get a feel for it and maybe later move closer to work. With that being said, what do you all recommend? I read that there are some buses that go from northern Bronx to Elmsford but can't find the name of these buses or routes to look on a map. Also I think my only way of getting to Elmsford would be to get the Harlem Metro North Line and then get a bus to Elmsford at the White Plains station. What would be the best area to live around in upper Manhattan or the Bronx, that you all would recommend? I know that safety is relative to what you think, but I don't come from a place with much violence or much crime. I'm open to exploring options for housing but think that renting a room in these areas would be the best for my commute. My budget is $850-900 for a private room.

Make sure they know that even though you left your career for a short time, you didn't leave the planet. You're still informed and ready to return. As you probably know, there are many questions employers aren't supposed to ask during an interview. However, don't be surprised if they do. My husband was asked if he was going to add more kids to the family during his last round of job interviews. Someone even asked him how he was going to balance his long work hours with being a dad. These questions are inappropriate and irrelevant to your ability to do a job well, but your interviewer might ask them anyway. Be prepared to answer them with class and grace. A simple answer like "We're happy with the size family we have today" should be adequate. As far as balance, you can always say something like, "I'm lucky to have a very strong support system at home. " Dress to Impress It should go without saying, but when it comes to a job interview, you should absolutely dress to impress. I'm a huge proponent of finding a new, special outfit to wear when you're going to an important interview.
